We're rolling out a new automated platform for payments and tax documents at Studio Dome, replacing our previous manual process with faster, more reliable payouts.
What's changing
Instead of emailing forms back and forth, payees will receive a secure, single-use link to a dedicated payments portal where they can submit:
- Bank account details for direct deposit (ACH or international wire)
- Tax information (W-9 or W-8 form)
How your information is protected
Everything submitted through the portal is encrypted in your browser before it's sent. Studio Dome staff never has access to your unencrypted banking or tax details — only our secure payments vault can decrypt them.
Is this email legitimate?
If you received an email from accounting (at) studiodome.com (cc shaked (at) studiodome.com) asking you to set up or update your payment information, it's part of this rollout. The link in that email is valid for 72 hours and can only be used once.
