Bloodstream TV – Online Submission Terms & Conditions



Effective as of date of submission

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all film titles ("Titles") submitted to BloodStream TV, a division of Entertainment Squad, LLC ("BloodStream"), via its online submission process. By submitting content, the submitting party ("Content Provider") agrees to the following:

1. Submission Does Not Guarantee Acceptance

Submission of a Title does not guarantee selection or publication. BloodStream reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept, reject, or remove any Title at any time, for any reason or no reason.

2. Rights Granted (If Accepted)

If selected by BloodStream, Content Provider grants BloodStream a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream, exhibit, and promote the Title via its own-and-operated platform and associated AVOD, SVOD, and FAST/Linear channels. All rights are subject to geo-restrictions and holdbacks as communicated in writing.

3. Term

The standard license term is one (1) year, renewing automatically unless either party gives 30 days' written noticeof non-renewal.

4. Revenue Split

Net revenues (after platform and transactional fees) shall be split 50/50 between BloodStream and Content Provider. Payments are issued quarterly, within 45 days after each calendar quarter. Minimum payout threshold: $100.

5. Delivery Requirements

Upon acceptance, Content Provider agrees to deliver:

  • Video file (MP4 or MOV, 16:9, 5 Mbps+)
  • English Closed Captions (SRT or VTT)
  • Key art (2:3, 16:9, and 16:9 hero)
  • Metadata (as available)

Delivery can be made via downloadable link or direct upload to BloodStream's servers.

6. Marketing and Programming

BloodStream may promote the Title in curated collections, carousels, seasonal events, and on social media. A branded folder will be created for select Content Providers.

7. Content Ownership and Warranties

Content Provider represents that they own or control all rights necessary to license the Title and that submitted materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Takedown Requests

Content Provider may submit takedown requests to copyright@studiodome.com. Takedowns will be honored as soon as reasonably possible, with 90 days' notice preferred.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, binding arbitration shall be conducted under IFTA® rules in Los Angeles, California.

10. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by California law and incorporates the IFTA® Standard Terms and Definitions by reference. Marketing rights include the use of Content Provider's name and title(s) for promotional purposes.
